 There need to be transitional animations when moving between the four zoom
 levels. This is very important from a user perspective to maintain
 orientation. Depending on the hardware constraints, the animation can be
 abstract, but there needs to be a sense of movement. Please work with the
 Pentagram design team to resolve.
