 What makes it complex is that events in gtk are reported to the windows,
 not as screen events. (Also when dragging scrollbars there are grabs going
 on, which make it a whole lot more complex).

 I'm happy to chat more about this, if you want the details. Anyway, to
 give you an idea, what we are doing right now with the frame is already
 very complex. We have spent a considerable amount of time figuring out how
 to show the frame when dragging stuff on the edge, and that's not looking
 easily doable either :/

 I really hate to push back on this, believe me. The main issue is that the
 resources we are able to devote to sugar right now are ridiculous compared
 to the challenges. And the architecture we get to work on is mostly
 inadapt to the kind of UI we want to build. I guess in the end this means
 we need to do a good effort prioritizing on the issues, and doing that
 with both the developers team and the design one. Which is a point I
 repeated frequently in the last meetings (and yeah, not doing much about
 it in practice, sorry, I suck).
