 I'm not sure we reached a consensus about not activating the frame when
 hitting the edge. I think Christian in particular, had concerns about it.
 If I remember correctly, we agreed to try out a longer timeout when
 hitting the edges. That would not compatible with point 2 in Ivan
 description though.

 Eben what do you think? No activation when hitting the edges and longer
 timeout would be really easy to try out on btest-2 if we want.

 FWIW I don't think we can really test this until we have a working
 trackpad.
