 Unfortunately, I don't believe there is any way to fix the situation.

 YUV->RGB is scaled to the video output of the Geode; the LUT setting is to
 get around the fact the YUV->RGB conversion on the GX is busticated.

 Nothing you do in the DCON could fix this.  It just takes the digital
 video output of the Geode in RGB form.

 The only fix I know of is to ditch the GX in favor of the LX, one of the
 bugs fixed along the way.
