 I think that I overgeneralized here.  Based on what I wrote above, this
 bug report should be an instance of itself.  However, clicking into this
 report (and backtracking, or further clicking into the report that this
 links to in its body) does not cause the behavior describe.

 The only bug report that I have been able to reproduce this behavior on is
 #5762.  Hopefully that's enough to isolate the problem.
