 #3959 does seem to be dealing with these issues, but it hasn't been
 updated in two months.  Also, it doesn't call for unnecessary arrows to be
 hidden/removed, just for the rendering of the arrows to be changed.  It
 also seems to refer exclusively to the activities list.  The real problem
 with this bug is the clipboard, not the activities list.

 Are you aware of another ticket?
