Comment:

 I just want to report that I have experienced this issue several times
 with my G1G1 build 650 machine, primarily when running many activities at
 once.  I have not actually checked the memory usage at the time of this
 occurring, however, and have not tried to reproduce it consistently.

 It would be useful to be able to stop "starting" activities before they
 are fully started.
