 I hope I am replying in the right place now, I'm in trac.  It's going to
 be hard to test the original problem.  I am visiting MANY
 starbucks/borders now and the problem has gone away.  The login page
 (triggered by attempting to navigate to any URL) now has the uname/pw
 dialog at the max left of the screen and there's no render problem.  I
 have no way of knowing if some sort of cookie action is taking me to a
 different login screen than the one I encountered a problem with _OR_
 t-mobile is aware of the problem and has changed the page.
