 A few suggestions:

 1. Include category field for Volunteer@
 2. To 'take' a ticket should open it (recommended?)
 3. Lots of people want to go somewhere to teach and volunteer, we don't
 have a program for this.  Can we create a tag and auto email these people
 when new info is available?
