 Sugar is just sending out notifications about the active state of an
 activity. I don't think it can ensure the order these notifications are
 received and processed by the activities. It would mean to wait the old
 activity process the active=False request before sending out the
 active=True.

 It's a complicated problem and I'm willing to be convinced that there is a
 good solution at the Sugar level, I just don't see it...
