Using a USB drive (in my case it's a Lexar 1GB JumpDrive) to transfer
files through the Journal causes it to hang.
The device appears properly (as an icon on the lower left next to the
Journal icon), and you can see the contents and drag a file to the
Journal, at which point it hangs.
The file still gets transferred, but the Journal ends up stuck viewing the
contents of the usb drive.
You can switch back to the to the desktop view, but switching back to
journal, and it's still stuck.
Also, when starting any other apps after this journal hang issue, and they
just sit there flashing indefinitely in "starting" mode.
After a reboot, all is well, and I can see and open the file in Journal
that I transferred from the usb drive.
