Comment:

 Reopening as there are a number of pop ups that don't work in 650, the
 ship2 build. A customer alerted us to this one.

 Specifically, go to about:config and try to change a setting. You can
 right click on a setting (such as network.proxy.type), and click 'modify',
 but you don't get the dropdown, popup, that will allow you to modify this
 setting.
