 This patch isn't actually mandatory to get a working configuration, it's
 just for adding commands to ejabberdctl so you have the means to purge
 unused old users. You can forget it (and indeed, we don't use it on
 jabber.laptop.org because we wanted to keep lots of around accounts for
 load-testing purposes).
