 Following the
 instructions[http://wiki.laptop.org/go/Ejabberd_Configuration] for
 Ejabberd 2.0 trunk ejabberdctl-extra.diff fails with:

 This patch file appears to be valid for only version 0.9.8

 The roster patch applies correctly.

 the pep and shared_roster_push patch 1.1.2 with no problems. However the
 ejabberdctl-extra.diff fails on this branch too.

 There is effectively no procedure for a third party to set up a OLPC
 jabber server.
