 In Peru (and other places), people will have power that appears as AC but
 should be conserved just as heavily as battery power is.  Being on AC
 shouldn't mean that the laptop disables all power management.

 This has the downside that plugging in AC was a quick way to disable the
 idle suspend completely.  People will now have to touch /etc/ohm/inhibit-
 suspend or send a dbus message to turn off idle suspend.  It might be a
 good idea if sugar exposed that setting somewhere, I'm not sure.
