 I will look into why mesh start/stop fails. It will be good to get driver
 which you are currently working with.

 Mesh auto start should not be used, and mainly because of backward
 compatibility we have kept it as it is within the firmware.

 I agree that firmware should not send response which it's not able to
 process. And I will fix this in future release.
