 I'm testing 5.110.20.p47 with the new mesh on/off logic in the driver,
 which was designed for 5.110.21.pXX. It seems that it works up to the
 point at which you send CMD_MESH_CONFIG to turn the mesh off. After that,
 the mesh never works again. Which is why I tried sending the autostart
 command again.

 I don't really mind much that the mesh doesn't work -- it's an added bonus
 if we can be compatible with the older firmware. But sending responses to
 commands which aren't even outstanding is a bit naughty.
