 This is mostly working now, but it seems to break whenever I get the
 'device firmware changed' from the USB core. This happens because the
 boot2 and runtime firmware aren't correctly interoperating to preserve the
 boot2 version. When the built-in runtime firmware on the Active Antenna is
 running, it reports bcdDevice==3105. Which confuses the firmware loading
 quite a lot. Trac #5412.
