 The 'rtcwake' program, used to wake up the XO after a suspend, is in the
 util-linux-ng package, which Provides util-linux (currently pulled into
 our builds as a hal dependency).

 Dennis, could you tag util-linux-ng for the olpc2 repo (rebuilding it in
 our build root if necessary) and then reassign the bug to me to add util-
 linux-ng to pilgrim's package list explicitly.
