 This also gives some problem in Browse. Many times I click the back
 button, and after that I may then decide to see all the back webpages to
 access an older page I visited. But once the button was clicked, it
 doesn't show any palette anymore. This probably will make this excellent
 feature be unused by many people.
 For your case of a button which only has a tooltip, think of the
 Stop/Reload button in browse. You click reload, and it changes to a stop
 button, but the tooltip disappears. You won't initially know what it is
 for.

 I say, activate this feature globally, and then see how/what it breaks in
 real usage (and believe me, I can try my hardest to find out, as I'm
 pratically using this B4 as my main computer).
