 In order to keep the network environment at 1cc stable, we should dedicate
 a 3 machines (one on channel 1, 6, and 11) to running a sniffer to detect
 pre-20.p42 firmwares.  I believe we should be able to identify the
 presence of such a machine by the presence of the deprecated broadcast
 frames.
