Comment(by djbclark):

 HP ilo2 was set up on pedal, but when I had a use for it over the weekend
 it decided to freeze up (connected to it once fine, logged out, then
 unable to log back in via https or ssh, although it remained pingable).
 For reference it's at pedal-mgmt.laptop.org. In response to this nagged
 Peter at Opengear, who had verbally agreeded to donate some stuff to us at
 LISA. It turns out he had gotten my email from a few weeks ago and was
 just waiting on another department for approval - anyway:

 I have the goahead to get you 1 x CM4008, 1 x CM4116 & 1x CM4148 +
 connectors and a 40% discount on any ongoing purchases. Let me know
 shipping details.

 Merry Xmas and sorry about the delay,
 Peter
 }}}

 So the 48-port is for the 1cc closet, 16-port for the W91 Colo, and 8-poer
 for the Media Lab colo.

 So now we just need to order some equipment that will allow us to do
 remote power. I've asked Peter if he has a recommendation for this
 (opengear doesn't make them).
