 Heh, the clipboard/frame interaction is a disaster right now anyway, so we
 may as well wait to fix the whole problem together.  It breaks a lot of
 our "interoperability between activities" model, so it's got to be fixed,
 but I definitely don't think it will happen in the next few days.

 It seems we need to put some really solid thought into the interaction of
 the frame (specifically the clipboard) and drag'n'drop, because we've got
 to get a workable solution if not an optimal one by FRS if at all
 possible.  The fullscreen activity model completely depends on it.
