 It seems that there is no way to remove focus form a control without
 explicitly focusing another control.  Clicking in a "null" region (outside
 of any control) should remove focus from the current control.  When this
 happens, a subsequent tab (or back-tab) will place focus in the "first-
 responder" which could be the first (or last) control.
