 The text fields for Description and tags within the journal should auto-
 expand as necessary.  That is, they should never have their own scroll
 bars, but should instead grow vertically to fit all of the text within
 them.  The only scroll bar should be for the entire entry as a whole, more
 akin to an HTML layout (without iframes).
