 OK, I have just looked at this again. Why use a ToggleTOOLButton outside
 of a toolbar? This seems rather weird to me.

 So, I would like to understand this usecase, and maybe get some input from
 Eben on this.

 (I guess this is the tool selection? So one of the three buttons in the
 first column is going to be selected?
 Wouldn't it make sense to draw this one with button-grey, and then have no
 prelight?)
