 My guess is that it has to do with the VIDIOC_ENUM_FRAMESIZES ioctl() as
 mentioned by Dan Williams back in July.  For whatever reason, gstreamer
 wants to use them, even though they are not fully implemented in V4L2 and
 are considered to be redundant.
