 We've been planning to initiate activities within the scope of the view
 they are started from.  In order to make this clear, I think we really
 need to introduce the "With: ..." where the "..." indicates the scope.
 For instance:

 [[BR]]With: My neighborhood

 We need to decide how to represent this.  As suggested above, we could use
 the 2 line format for primary palettes (see #2006), indicating the "who
 with" part on the second line.  We could also format it on one line in
 sentence format eg. "Browse with my class", but that makes the human
 language translation slightly tricker.  I'd rather stick to the basics.

 Also, we should consider the best way to handle the "privately" case.
 Privately?  Alone?  By myself?  What has the best connotation?  It seems
 that privately is the best of the above, since it's associated more with
 privacy and not with solitariness/loneliness.
