Comment:

 Marco's above comment is correct.  We're considering neighborhood to be an
 AND of everyone on the school server and anyone directly accessible on the
 mesh.

 We're still considering what implications a World view might have, both
 with respect to linking kids in different participating countries, and to
 the possibility that these will be sold commercially in the future.  We'll
 address that when the need arises.
