 Indeed, observation is really the key here;  I still suspect it will work
 in the field, but I could be wrong.  I don't really like special casing
 the Home screen, and I think that building the association of the Frame
 with the Home screen is going against us.  I guess my core point is that
 keeping it visible doesn't actually help us with the "discoverability"
 problem.  It makes it available up front from Home, but doesn't teach them
 that it's a persistent and always available element, which is the true
 desire.  The current solution is a band-aid which doesn't actually heal
 the wound;  it just makes the wound a little less painful while perhaps
 making it take longer to heal.
