Comment:

 I think this applies in the general case. Moving the mouse outside of the
 Frame will hide it.  This doesn't get in the way when launching
 activities; suppose you actually want to launch 2 when you first boot the
 machine.  It's annoying to have to go back to the corner each time.

 I think the argument for accidental launching of multiple activities
 should be handled by only allowing a single instance of each activity to
 launch at one time, but shouldn't prevent instances of a couple different
 activities from lunching.

 In any case, it's also much simpler to define the behavior for the frame
 as a constant, and there are clearly many other cases where keeping the
 frame visible is the correct solution.
