Comment (by jcardona):

 Notes on last captures

 ===== BadTrace1.usb =====

 xfer 8 is the last xfer on ep2 after resume.[[BR]]
 On the last transaction of the xfer device sends a NAK (packet 7387) then
 there are no more tokens from the host on that endpoint. Shouldn't the
 host retry?

 ===== BadTrace2.usb =====

 xfer 7 is the (first and) last xfer on ep2 after resume[[BR]]
 There are no handshake tokens from the device in response to packet 5933.
 This is probably an instance of the failure where the device is unable to
 re-enable endpoint2 after resume, as described
 [http://dev.laptop.org/ticket/2621#comment:13 here].

 BTW !LeCroy reports it as an isochronous transfer ?! (it should be bulk)
 But I'm guessing that the analyzer marks that transfer as isochronous
 because it sees no handshake packet from the device after packet 5933.
