 We are now saving downloads to /tmp and after completion they are copied
 by the DS to internal flash. For a 35MB PDF this copy takes 25s. on a B4.

 If the download was done directly to the same filesystem as the main mount
 point (internal flash), we could save those 25s., provided that the DS
 moves the file instead of duplicating it (#2762).

 So this ticket is about changing in Browse the temporary place where we
 save downloads.
