Old description:

 When a laptop first contacts a school server, it will present its UUID
 (see #1500) and an account will be created for it to enable backup.

 It also establishes its local jabberd at this point in time.

Comment:

 The script itself is in 542, and is called olpc-register.  It is in $PATH.

 We now need a gui for it.  So I'm assigning this to Eben, who can then
 assign it to the sugar team when he's spoken about the UI design.
