Comment:

 I shouldn't have used the word "perhaps."  My comment above should be the
 spec for implementation.  The only detail left out, I suppose, is the
 exact location of the badge.  If someone could tell me how that's
 specified, I can add it when I re-export the device icons.  Ideally the
 badge would sit near the lower right of the battery, just overlapping a
 bit.
