Comment:

 q2c22/svn 517 has a workaround for this problem.  The workaround is to
 split the FLASH read in the /flash selftest method into 64K chunks with a
 200 mS delay between chunks.  That seems to give the EC time to do some
 work, so it doesn't reset the system.
