Comment:

 Thanks for the logs. This is actually a presence service issue, and occurs
 when there is a failure in getting the buddy details, e.g.

 The PS then has the buddy handle but not the properties like nick or
 colour.

 For Trial 3 I'll look into making the PS try again to get these details on
 failure or on demand.
