Comment:

 I disagree, though it might not be a good use of today's time in
 particular.

 Several people have spent hours looking at this bug.  The end result is
 that we have two builds, 537 and 538, both deep into a code freeze where
 each change has to be manually approved before going into the build, and
 we *can't work out what changed*.

 I'm not saying anyone messed up; I'm just afraid of forgetting about this
 one without tracking it down.  I think we should continue to investigate
 it when we have time:  if we need to come up with better tools to get
 enough visibility, let's do that, etc.
