Comment:

This use case is the number one reason that we need to implement the grab
key sooner than later. It should eliminate the aggravation of scrolling
in this type of context completely, without creating hot zones on screen
that can be accidentally triggered in a number of easy ways.

In the meantime, I would argue that you get nearly identical behavior via
use of the arrow keys. If the trackpad is a problem, perhaps the keyboard
is a viable solution. Unfortunately, scrolling appears to be linear right
now. In order to make scrolling long pages manageable, we really need to
support parabolic or hyperbolic scrolling. This is also a definite
requirement for handheld mode, and it would be good to make it a
 consistent capability.

As another note, I couldn't find any tickets open for the implementation
of grab key scrolling. If there isn't already, we should open one and
define the basic spec. That really needs to get moving so we have at
least basic functionality mapped to those keys by FRS.
