 The camera does not appear to work on the LX.  There are two specific
 problems; the first is an SMBUS write error that occurs when attempting to
 reset the sensor (upon startup of the camera app):

 This issue is solved by adding delays to the sensor init.

 The second issue is that interrupts are not being seen; this means the
 camera app simply hangs while waiting for the hardware to trigger an irq
 to fill in buffers.
