 There is a board design issue that prevents the current board from working
 correctly with 2-die parts.

 In addition to having 2 chip selects, they also have 2 R/B# pins
 (Ready/Busy#).  R/B2 is pin 6, which is grounded on our boards.  This
 makes it impossible to read or write the second half of the device
 reliably.

 The R/B# signals are open-drain so the fix is very simple.  Just
 disconnect U31 pin 6 from ground and reconnect it to pin 7.

 I have reworked my preB3 with this change, and it now works with my OFW
 tests.  The rework is very easy - cut the trace from U31 pin 6 to the
 nearby via, then bridge pins 6 and 7 with solder.
