 At this time the power settings for mesh are the same as for ad-hoc/infra.
 The following command sequence can be used to fix the tx rates:

  $ iwpriv msh0 powercfg 0 0 0 0    # disable power adaptation
 msh0      powercfg:0  0  0  0
 $ iwconfig msh0 txpower <N>
