 When entering characters with accents in the first boot register screen,
 sugar fails to start. Then X keeps cycling trying to star sugar. Tested
 names include comum names in Brazil like:

 joão
 josé
 andré

 Problem seens to be related to the utf8 encoding. shell.log is attached in
 the bug.
