Comment:

 The attached olpc.fth script will update from whatever device it is booted
 from, so it will work from USB or SD without change.  It also fixes ticket
 #1224 .  Thirdly, it moves the firmware and OS version numbers up to the
 top so that you only have to change them in one place.
