#1273: Small touchpad movements result in large jumps

When I use the center part of the touchpad as a mouse, I will be able to
use it to move the cursor, but every so often, the cursor will jump to the
middle top of the screen. The cursor does not leave any sort of trail and
will 'Jump' to an absolute position.

I think what is happening is that the touchpad events are being treated as
absolute position events, as if I were using the area with a stylus for
drawing a picture. It is consistent with the area that I can reach when
treating the left or right of the touchpad with a stylus or my thumbnail.

I am attempting to operate the touchpad using the pad of my finger.

The problem seems to be worse when the finger is nearer the edges of the
trackpad area. specifically the bottom middle edge. I also see the problem
occur reliably when moving my finger in a circle near the dead center of
 the touchpad.

 I am using 368, b85.
