 Loading bitmap fonts won't help us; the size at 200dpi, when most of those
 fonts were intended to be used at 72-100dpi, will lose completely.

 What we have to figure out to do is to alias these fonts to appropriate
 sizes of appropriate scalable truetype fonts.
