 Our Cairo performance sucks. We should ask Carl what's the timeline with
 his new tesselator hitting Cairo upstream, and pull it into our builds
 manually if we need to.

 Lots of other performance work is underway as well.

 I'll call Carl soon and get a briefing on Cairo's timeline.
