 Do we have bus traces of the failure with the wireless module, or is the
 primary indication that an obviously high-speed device comes up in full-
 speed mode instead?

 There is a good chance this problem is plaguing us on all revs of the
 board and wireless hardware.  We should have Marcelo add some detection to
 the libertas driver, and complain loudly in CAPITAL LETTERS if we happen
 to be in full speed mode.  That way, we can start a global survey and
 determine how widespread the issue is.
