 The enlarged mouse cursor in build203 is very nice (thanks!), but we don't
 have a busy cursor to go with it yet, so when a web page is loading we
 drop back to the old tiny busy cursor.

 (Something about the "square-ness" of the large cursor seems strange to me
 too, but someone working on design can comment on that if they want to.)
