 Part of this is bug #602.

 Part of this is defining more extensions that we'll never use, that is
 also a memory waste. Adam Jackson has been working on this.

 We may eventually want to build a monolithic X server, but right now,
 debugging with at least the amd driver separate is convenient while we
 test RandR (#76).

 We should also profile X Window System startup for any surprises.
